Nice.

Very red! But a good lipstick to blend with other colors so that your lips are not neon red! Brighter than MAC’s Ruby Woo.

Bad

The color, consistency, quality is not good. At least not on me. I love wet and wild lipsticks with this being my least favorite one but I will continue to buy other colors.

Red Velvet

I do like it. It does feel a little like velvet on the lips. I recommend it for a everyday regular wear. Good.

Make Up Artist Recommended, Tomato like Red, Fantastic Red Carpet Look On A Budget!

What do you get for 4 dollars now days? Wet and wild is doing a public service for the ladies, I would say! Such a good product for 4 dollars, it’s just bonkers. First of all, if there was a PHD in make up, I would definitely qualify for that title. So I am a pro, and use many many different brands and Reds. But this one is something I would recommend to everyone. It is really a good budget beauty lipstick. It’s a tomato/Strawberry like Red, applies beautifully, stays long, the texture is satin matt it is not drying, somewhere in the middle. The secret is, if applied with some face power and lip liner, and then it works even more fantastic. It’s not really like red velvet though, if you want velvety, you have to use a darker color, this color is a bit lighter.

perfect

Let me first say, If you’re concerned about buying a Wet n Wild product because it’s not a particularly top brand, DON’T BE!This is my 4th Wet n Wild lipstick and as I’ve written in other reviews; it is a bit dry when you first begin to apply it, but as you continue to glide it against your lips it becomes softer, and it is matte, so it’s not supposed to have a dramatic shine.Aside from that note; the color is beautiful. If you’re looking for your first red lipstick; I’d suggest this one. It’s not too bright nor dark. Give it a try, I’m sure you’d be satisfied.(if you’re worried about it being matte, I often add any lip gloss on top of the color; and BAM…problem solved)

Nice deep red

For the price this lipstick is well worth it. But if you are looking for a nice red just know that this is a bit darker than a strawberry red. The color is more of a blue red on the deeper end of the spectrum of reds. While the Revlon red called Cherry Tart is the lighter version.I prefer the lighter red but both lipsticks are nice and go on smooth with a hint of sheer gloss.

Little too loud

I love the Wet N Wild matte series of lipsticks so much that I just wanted to try this Red Velvet, but it’s a little too much… I don’t know, I just don’t like it. It doesn’t go well with my skin color. I think I’m just still too stuck on the Sugar Plum Fairy color.
