Excellent mascara! Incredible! Adds a dramatic difference! Look longer, fuller and it stays on!
I love this mascara. I’ve been using it for at least a year now. I use to use Lancome, but switched when I tried this. My mother also uses this mascara and we both love it! I don’t care for the other Trish McEvoy mascara though and they both look exactly alike in terms of the bottle and packaging so make sure it’s the LASH CURLING MASCARA you buy! It works the best (in our opinion). I did not give five stars to this product because my complaint is this: the mascara becomes easily tacky. The tip where the brush goes back in always gets clumpy, or gooky or something and this makes it difficult to close it tightly after about a month or sooner if you use it at least once a day. I am always careful about trying to close it up so as not to get mascara on the part where you have to insert the brush back into the bottle, but it seems like no matter how hard I try to keep it as neat as possible, it always turns into a mess and then eventually, I blame the fact that the mascara is starting to get ‘old’ sooner than it should on the probable cause of the brush not being able to screw on tightly enough because of the goopy mascara at the top that eventually turns into hardened mascara. I wish they had this in half size or travel size. I figure it would need replacing more often, but since it can’t last quite that long anyway, it would end up costing less to have a smaller bottle so there wouldn’t be so much going to waste, or so it seems. I hope this makes sense and you know what I mean. It’s hard to describe in words what I’m talking about. Despite all of this with the bottle being a pain, I still buy it, because there is simply nothing out there I have tried that competes. The important thing is always keeping a fresh new mascara handy, but it’s so expensive, I rarely buy more than two at a time. One is costly enough!
This is the best mascara I have ever used. It has all day staying power and never smudges. It is also very easy to remove with water.
I have never used a better quality mascara, hands down! I used to be big into layering mascaras (They’re Real with Bad Gal Lash or Lash Domination with Buxom Lash and More Than Mascara). I’ve gotten some killer results that way, but none of those compare to this product. I love that there is no flaking, that I can layer as much as I want and it never makes my lashes spidery. I also love that it coats your lashes with a tube so I never get raccoon-eye from it and that it makes my lashes sky-high in just a couple of swipes. It is the one-stop-shop mascara that I have been looking for my entire make-up-wearing life. My only complaint is, and this is just for me because I am so sensitive, that by the end of the day my eyes are somewhat irritated by it. I can go for about 9 or 10 hours before it really starts to bug me. This pretty much happens with all mascaras I’ve used, except for They’re Real. So, if you are not sensitive to mascara, it will probably be 5 stars for you. With that being said, I still don’t think I will ever use anything else again. As far as I can tell, this is “the one”!
and got a refund. It did not look as nice on me as it did on my friend. Wasn’t worth the price but customer service I rate a 10.
Great quality, but high price
I tried different tubing mascaras and I have to say that this one has the best price to quality ration.I tried Trish McEvoy High Volume Mascara (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00132FPFY/ref=wms_ohs_product?ie=UTF8&psc;=1) and Trish McEvoy Lash Curling Mascara (this curent product). These are defiantly superior to Kevyn Aucoin Volume Mascara (this one) but the price is much higher. I can not say that the quality out ways having to pay ~50$ for Trish McEvoy.I tried Blinc Mascaras in black and purple (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001MUNBZS/ref=wms_ohs_product?ie=UTF8&psc;=1) and I have to say that even though these are cheaper—I don’t like them at all! These are very runny and don’t amplify lashes at all, but rather glue them together. I’m done with Blinc.Kevyn Aucoin Volume Mascara (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0014LLC3I/ref=wms_ohs_product?ie=UTF8&psc;=1) provides just the right amount of lash amplification, with out lumps and clumps. It also allows for proper lash separation and stay on all day.My main reason for using tubing mascaras—-it is how easy to take it off—you just wash your face with warm water and the mascara rolls off in little clumps. No more raccoon eyes!
The answer for contact lens wearers!
I wear contacts and got tired of my mascara coming off by the end of the day. If I wore waterproof mascara, I had to use make-up remover at the end of the day that left greasy residue around my eyes that eventually made its way onto my contacts. This does the trick. It looks like your eyelashes are coming off when you wash your face with water and apply pressure, but it is just the tubes that went around your eyelashes. Works like a dream, and no more raccoon eyes!!!!
