Keeps a Lash Curl!

My first experience with “The Body Builder” was in an Ipsy Glam Bag subscription. It was enough to change me over from my Lashgasm brand. I have long lashes that are hard to hold a curl and this mascara holds it perfectly. I apply quickly two coats then let dry and I never have a clumping issue. I bought the black color and it’s a true rich black which is important to me. The brush is very nice and sturdy, no cheapie bristles. Excellent product.

My favorite mascara

This gives you thick long lashes without smearing or getting flakey. Most mascara’s always smear and give me raccoon eyes, but this one I can wear all day and it never smears. Its really great.

My new favorite!

I find that this is the only mascara I reach for out of my large collection of makeup. It goes on great and lasts all day long. I don’t find it to be completely water proof, though; if my eyes water at all it smears. The greatest thing about this mascara is the versatility. If I apply a light coat to my lashes, it still looks natural but defined (I’d compare it to Mac’s Zoom Lash). However it also builds up nicely, especially if you curl your lashes before applying. This mascara has potential to clump if I apply too much, but really every mascara does. All in all, this is my personal favorite mascara out of any drugstore or high end mascara that I’ve used. Definitely worth looking into!

My Favourite Mascara

I actually don’t need mascara, as my eyelashes are already very long, lush, and a deep brown-black. However, I do like a good mascara to help shape my eyelashes, and this particular brand does it for me. It doesn’t flake on me like Covergirl or Maybelline have done to me in the past (in fact, I think the only two drugstore brands that have never done that to me are Almay and Physician’s Formula), and I suppose for people who are going for longer, fuller, darker lashes will be pleased to find that it does add body to the eyelashes and is pigmented very well.An added plus is that it doesn’t irritate my sensitive eyes. I would recommend trying this product.

Great Mascara

I got a deluxe sample of this in my ipsy glambag for October. I currently use Lancome Hypnose Doll Lashes, which is an amazing jet black formula, but I actually preferred this to the Hypnose when I had a chance to try it. This formula seemed to be a better fit for my particular lashes. My lashes are VERY long and very straight, and even after a curl and two coats of most other mascaras, they always sink and straight back downwards again. I think that because this is a waxy, faster drying formula, I found that my lashes for the first time in my life have actually maintained a curl without me having to heat up my curler with a blow dryer!I experience no clumping with this formula, but perhaps this is because I apply the mascara all at once and don’t wait for it to dry and go back again. If you are experiencing some clumping, I think a good trick to try is to brush the mascara wand gently against a tissue first. I don’t think continuously building upon this formula is necessary, as it seems to look great with less as it is.I have experiencing no smearing, no black dots under my eyes. It stays put and looks natural.Overall, very pleased. So glad I had the opportunity to try this. I may get this after my Hypnose runs out, although I have been hoping to try Benefit They’re Real! mascara. I am not sure how the formulas compare.
