Doesn’t like it! Smell too strong! But it’s nice to make air fresh! You can try in different way, and you may feel some good of it!
Thayers is great, but alcohol is not
I’ve tried Thayers witch hazel in peach and rose. Rose (alcohol free) was fantastic. Peach dried my skin out.Thayers witch hazel is great stuff and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I simply do wish the peach and lemon varieties were alcohol free.
best. smell. ever.
best. smell. ever. Can they make this into a perfume please? Light and refreshing. I opened it and stood, sniffing the bottle for about 5 minutes. Works nicely to tighten pores and refresh. I put into a mister bottle and spritz throughout the day, plan of taking on the plane with me and on vacation next week for a pick me up. love love love it. PLEASE make it into a non-toxic perfume for me !!!!!
This was the first Astrigent that I have purchased from Thayer and I must say its my fave, I really really like it and the peachy smell is light and settle but u can still smell and enjoy it. Lovin it.
Good product, not your typical astringent
I have combination normal/oily skin and use an astringent every morning. In the past, the astringents I used were drying, and they would sometimes leave a burning sensation on my skin. I decided to try Thayer’s witch hazel, hoping I could get the same anti-breakout results without the drying. This product is very different from most commercial astringents.First of all, it actually moisturizes the skin. It’s great for dry skin, but if you have oily skin (like mine), you may not want to use it in the morning, or you’ll likely have oily skin the rest of the day. I use it as a toner every evening, after I have removed my makeup and used a cleanser. It’s very soothing, and it makes my skin feel very soft and smooth. Just use a small amount, or it will leave a filmy feeling on your skin.In addition to using it as a toner, it’s also my go-to product to soothe sunburns and insect bites. I’ve also used it on minor cuts and burns with good results. Is it a miracle product? Probably not, but it is a very good, all-purpose cleanser and moisturizer to have on-hand.
