Hmm Okay

Well this product works as a charm but S*#! I payed Good money for this small product. The whole entire box it was in can fit in the palm of my hand. Im not about to pay the amount I paid for not getting atleast over 1.5 oz. Its so small I was pissed, because the products actually worded for me they do what they say your makeup goes on flawless stays on all day long and I love the eye primer that’s my fav but like I said if I told u to sample it you would laugh because a doll couldn’t sample it. So small of an amount……..probably get like 4 good uses.

Eye and facial primer

I wasn’t expecting miracles but I am a little disapointed in this product. The eye primer made my eyes feel greasy, even with just a tiny bit. It did not prevent creasing and my eye makeup still came off after a few hours. The brightening facial primer did not do anything. I already have a clear complexion but I was hoping for a product that made my skin appear less dull. This is not the product for that. I tried the primer for smaller pores today, I did notice a slight change, but not worth the money of this product.

I think that this trio was a brilliant idea so that you can try their products without committing to a full size. I really only liked the flawless primer in the kit, I felt like it had a good scent and helped make my makeup last all day and it really did look flawless. The Poreless primer however is not so great it looks and feels like ointment and I feel like it never Truly settles into your skin. Also the eye primer is just a mess and doesn’t work, it is very liquidy and messy and doesn’t help make your eyeshadows last long times. I prefer the Elf eyeshadow primer to this, but the urban decay primer potion is still my favorite of all time.

Great Eyeshadow Primer

Bought this product after looking at a make up tutorial on YouTube, actually, it was the Poreless face primer that was highlighted. I was very interested in buying the prodcut since I wanted something that controls oil and reduces the appearance of pores. I decided to buy this trial size before spending $30 US on it. I applied it, before putting on my foundation, and I loved the silky smooth feel of it, though I’m not sure whether or not it worked, I think it worked a little, but not as much as I was expecting. The Flawless face primer, as far as I’m concerned made my face look even greasier than it usually looks without any kind of primer. However, the reason I gave this product 4 stars is because of the Creaseless eyeshadow primer. It works like a dream. I applied a very little bit on my eyelids and applied my eye shadow as usual and it did not crease, through a evening out with friends, I decided to really put it to the test, and I didn’t remove my eyeshaow to sleep, when I woke up in the morning, my eyeshadow was exactly as it was the day before, it looked as though i just applied it. I will definitely use this prodct again and maybe purchase the full size.

Great products!!

Here is an excerpt from a review I wrote on my blog about the Tarte Clean Slate Deluxe Primer Trio:I wanted to try Tarte primers but didn’t want to drop $30 on a primer that I had never tried before and might not even like. I decided to buy the Deluxe Primer Trio on Amazon instead (trial sizes) and see what these products were all about.Clean Slate Poreless: This was my favorite of the 3 primers. (It’s in the purple tube.) It is silicone based and I love the consistency. It’s a thick, clear gel. It made my skin so silky smooth and really gave me a great "canvas" to work with. It definitely improved the amount of time that my foundation stayed looking fresh. I have acne prone skin and this did not make me break out at all. It didn’t make my face greasy or shiny, as a matter of fact it seemed to help control my oily skin. I noticed a matte effect after using this primer. I didn’t notice a difference in the size of my pores but I was so happy with all of the other benefits of this primer that I didn’t care. I would definitely recommend this to everyone, it’s great for all skin types and really does improve the look and feel of your skin.Clean Slate Flawless: This primer has a more lotion-like consistency than the other one. It also has a fresh citrus scent that I like. This seems more like a moisturizer than a primer to me. It definitely is moisturizing but if you have oily skin I’d be careful with it because it could make your face a little greasy. I didn’t break out after using this primer. It didn’t do much for my skin as far as brightening, but I would assume that if you have very fair skin it would brighten it a little. I would recommend this primer to someone with either dry skin or normal skin.Clean Slate 360 Creaseless 12-Hr Smoothing Eye Primer: The Creaseless eye primer did what it was supposed to do. I was a bit surprised by the consistency because it was thinner and more watery than I was expecting. After applying it, I didn’t think it would work very well but I was wrong. It helped keep my eye makeup looking great for a long time. I’m not sure if it would last 12 hours but each time I used this I wore my makeup for 8+ hours and it didn’t budge. You only need a very small amount of this product, if you go overboard it could make your eyelids a little greasy. You can use this on your eyelids and under your eyes. This is a good eye primer but I wouldn’t pay $19 for the full size bottle. I still prefer my Urban Decay Primer Potion.Overall I give this trio 4 out of 5 stars. I have pictures and the full review on my blog (the link is below)
