TANDA Clear Plus Professional Acne Clearing Solution Device

The clear plus is the first and only device to combine powerful bacteria-killing blue light with sonic vibration and gentle warming for clinically proven clearing results. 414 nm blue light works by producing oxygen singlet’s which attach to the P.acnes bacteria (acne-causing bacteria). These singlet’s have a phototoxic effect on key porphorins, causing the P.acnes bacteria to self-destruct The large treatment surface treats acne breakouts fast. Together, these three technologies deliver unsurpassed speed and effectiveness for calm, clear, beautiful skin.

Key features

  • Clinically proven to clear acne faster and existing breakouts
  • No irritation, no dryness and no redness
  • FDA cleared and health Canada approved

Tanda, eases acne.

With Tanda, my face looks clearer in about 2 days quicker for me. I like having a weapon to zap my MILD-sometimes moderate breakouts- when they start to come on. Acne, still happens, but this product seems to ease the severity. Using Tanda, is easy-Plug in, place device gently yet securely into charger, check to see if little light on the side of device is on..let it charge 4hrs 1st time or when its power runs out. Its suppose to last 10-11 treatments B4 its built in battery goes dead. No batteries to mess with (Love that!!). Turn it on, light on side of device blinks until you place it on your face then, the BRIGHT BLUE Treatment Light will COME ON when ‘applied to the skin’, then goes off after several minutes of treatment cycle. I give acne site(s) 2 treatments in a row, back to back once or twice day until healed. A breeze to work, I do the tx when watching T.V., on phone ect. Tanda does seem to help ease my acne, not cure it. Happy I have it.

It helps but does not solve it all!

The device works and I did like it however it’s not going to clear your skin alone if not supported by other actions on your end. That’s why I gave it 3 stars. You will need the right cleanser, facial care, nutriton, and supplements. That being said, let’s assume you have a few break-outs going on right now. What do you do? Flash the blue light on the affected areas (I did up to 20 minutes each break out twice a day) and in a couple of days you should see the flare down size and eventually vanish. The light pulsing is pleasantly warm and unless you are sensitive to light – test somewhere on your arm before you do on your face – it should not experience any redness. I have very sensitive skin and I looked fine even after long sessions. I did improve but would I buy it again? Not sure. For the price you probably would expect faster and more definite results.

Just didn’t work for my acne

At first, I thought this product worked because for a week, I didn’t get any new pimples. But as soon as my cycle came around, the hormonal breakout showed it’s ugly face and the device did nothing to alleviate it. I was so bummed.I would not recommend this product to a person who is ‘lazy’ in their skin care regimen. This device requires at least a half hour a day.

Nothing to see here

Didnt really do anything for me, if anything made my skin worse. But they did honor their guarantee and received a full refund. I would recommend anyone looking at this try out the acne.org regimen first!

It really works!

My girlfriend gets HUGE cystic acne around her cheeks and chin that last for days and days. We had tried everything but nothing would help them go away faster. I saw the TANDA Clear Plus at Ulta for almost $200 and it shows that its a great product. So I found it on Amazon for a lot cheaper and decided to try it out. I was very surprised to find that it actually worked. As long as she uses it daily, her acne began to clear up faster and she wasn’t developing new pimples.

Work in progress

4/18/14: As a follow-up to my unhappy post from yesterday, the device finally fully charged and I was able to use it both last night & this morning. Woot! I’ve upgraded my rating to “it’s OK” for now. Still hoping for an “I love it” within the next week or two. Will keep y’all posted.4/17/14: I received the system yesterday around 6 pm & immediately began charging the unit. When I checked the unit an hour later, I found that the orange light was off & the unit had quit charging. Thinking that I somehow incorrectly placed the device on the charging base, I rearranged the device & made sure the orange “charging” light was on before leaving for the gym. When I got home, I expected the light to have turned green & the device to be ready for use. Instead, neither the orange nor the green light was on. I rearranged the device AGAIN and made sure the orange light was on before turning in for the night. Again, I expected the device to be fully charged when I woke up this morning and ready for use, however, this morning, NEITHER LIGHT WAS ON AND THE UNIT WAS NOT CHARGING. I’ve had it for less than 24 hours and I’m already ticked & regretting this $112 purchase. When I left the house this morning, the device was, again, “charging”. Pffft…riiight. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me, um, three or four times, return the item whence it came. Hopefully, when, or should I say “IF” I ever get to actually use this device, my rating will change from “I hate it” to “I love it”, because right now, I’m REALLY hating it.

Stopped working after 2 months

The orange signal light just blinks on and off now but the actual laser light (blue lights) have stopped working. There is no recourse in terms of a refund or exchange. It was a very pricey mistake.
