- Sue Devitt Eye Intensifier Pencil Chiang Mai Eye Intensifier
Although the application was nice – the color didn’t stay at all. Totally gone within a couple of hours, even with a primer on the eyelid first.
For the money, these are the best you can buy.
I have never LOVED eye liner. Liquid is messy, my hand is too shaky for a regular pencil… I also do no like eye shadow, it creases and fades far too quickly on me (even with eye primer). In a last effort I came across these pencils and gave them a try. They are mistake proof. I’ve used a lighter shade in a wider stroke and a darker shade in a smaller stroke to create a multidimensional eye. I love that it includes a smudger and I am just very impressed in general. Beware though the wider the line the more likely you are to have smudges on your brow bone… Other than that perfect!
easy to use, long-lasting, love the Zaire color
This is a fantastic eyeliner — it’s a thick pencil, soft and extremely easy to apply a thick line right where you want it, with no tugging. It’s also very long lasting. It doesn’t dry out like some of my other pencils have. The sponge tip at one end is handy for smudging. The colors are gorgeous — Zaire is a unique purple shade that is surprisingly flattering and surprisingly neutral on. I also have Tanzania, which is a rich golden/brownish shade. My only gripe about the pencil is that the plastic caps on both endsare prone to breaking. For that reason, I wouldn’t toss this into my purse like I do many of my other cosmetics.
Pricy, but very creamy
Bought three colors: blue (Victoria Falls), brown (Kenya) and purple (Ava). Very easy to apply and smudge, although I like to use my finger rather than the tool provided on the other end. It seems to remove the product rather than smudge it. At $22 each they are a bit expensive, but I won’t be buying any others for a long time. Would recommend. This is my first Sue Devitt product. I saw it in Soft Surroundings, but bought it through Amazon.
EASY ON THE EYES
For bright, wide, sparkling eyes there’s nothing like a touch of pencil to bring out the color of your peepers. This Eye Intensifier Pencil by Sue Devitt is one of the best I’ve used.Plus, it does double duty – the color is on one end of the pencil and a smooth, flexible tip is at the other end for defining the line just as you wish. The color is soft enough not to pull delicate eye skin yet extremely rich – aptly named it is intense. The color contains Nylon-12 which provides all day (or night) flexibility so the line isn’t changed by facial movements. After all, we do have eyes and we want to use them. It is as advertised smudge proof and waterproof so I do recommend a good eye makeup remover. While the pencil comes in a bevy of shades my current favorite is Kenya.- Gail Cooke
creamy easy-to-use eye liner
This eye pencil has a smooth creamy texture and excellent pigmentation. The color glided on very smoothly with no pulling of the skin. The color blended easily and stayed in place all day (my skin tends to be more normal maybe slightly oily around my eyes). This does not fit into a standard sharpener and it is a bit of a pain to sharpen the point. This brands sells a special sharpener that is designed to fit this pencil but I don’t think I should have to buy a special tool only designed for one brand. If this fit into a standard large sharpener, I would give this 5 stars.
BEST EYE PENCIL EVER
Great pencil and can be used as eye shadow. It is up to you how dark and intensified your eye make up should be. If you re-apply it gets more dramatic, one coat and \sweep some for very natural eye make up. Easy for getting smoky eyes. No crease, stays all day, easy to remove. Couldn’t ask more from an eye pencil. I own 6 different colors of them.
