The bands came in, and they were very cute. They are pricey for the quality, but its easier than making your own.I have a lot of hair, and they hold it up well. Its an ok product
Yes they do stretch out a little but they also don’t break my hair
I’ve been seeing products like this pushed in recent style magazines and I had been resisting them because I already had regular ol’ goody elastics that worked fine, but I got tired of seeing so many strands of my hair tangled up in my regular elastics. I’m very glad I gave these a shot. They will stretch out a small amount after the first use. I have a lot of hair and for me they only wrap three time around my pony tail even in their stretched out form. I’ve been using them for several weeks and have yet to have a single hair pulled out when I take down my pony tail. They also do not leave any noticeable bump or wave in my hair after using them for hours on end. While I don’t feel the need to enjoy them as a neat looking bracelet, I’m a convert and have already tossed all my old elastics in favor of these. Huzzah for no broken strands!
not for my fine, thin hair
This review is regarding this type of hair tie, not specifically Lucky Girl’s product. I did buy these Lucky Girl Hair Ties and the quality of the item is great. However, this type of hair tie does not hold my thin, fine hair in a decent ponytail for a long period of time. Shorter pieces come loose because this tie doesn’t pull my hair as tightly as other ties I’ve used (which were a different tie style completely). I use them for pulling my hair back when I wash my face.
Doesn’t pull hair
I like these hair ties a lot. it holds hair in place, it doesn’t pull hair. That’s all I ask for in hair ties.
I use this product all the time. I like these as they are versatile and wear it as a bracelet. Just more money then it should be but of course I had to have them. 🙂
