Perricone MD Citrus Facial Wash, 6 fl. oz.

This Vitamin C Ester enhanced facial wash is non-drying, removing impurities, debris and makeup. The Vitamin C Ester in this mild, non-drying formula helps prevent the appearance of redness and blotchiness, sometimes associated with the use of harsh cleansers. The anti-aging cleanser helps improve tone, clarity and texture, unveiling skin’s natural radiance. DMAE is added to provide firming benefits by improving facial muscle tone, enhancing contour and diminishing the appearance of lines and wrinkles. Suitable for all skin types, though especially recommended for combination skin.

A Really GENTLE Totally THOROUGH CLEANSER

Many of us have used cleansers that go from one extreme to the other. Some that claim to clean thoroughly do – except for the fact that they’re so harsh that they leave your face feeling drawn and tight, almost dried out. No one wants that.On the other hand, other cleansers that make the same claim are gentle and leave your face feeling soft but when you pat dry there is a residue of makeup on the towel. Obviously, your face has not been cleansed as it should be.Leave it to the vaunted Dr. Perricone to offer a cleanser that really does cleanse thoroughly and gently. Citrus Facial Wash with its infusion of Vitamin C Ester (a mild form of Vitamin C which is non-acidic) removes makeup without drying skin.It comes in a user friendly pump bottle. Simply splash face with water, then massage a quarter size dollop into a lather on damp skin. After face has been cleansed, use a warm water rinse, and pat dry.The result? Clean and supple skin ready for your night lotion or cream.

Nothing special

I really wanted to love this product. Most reviews I read raved about it and the main complaint people had was about it being a glass bottle, which is what I loved the most about it. I expected a citrus smell since it’s called Citrus facial wash but it smells more like yogurt to me. The actual product is so mild and I have extremely sensitive skin so that part works but it’s still nothing great. Nuetrogena works better and it’s much cheaper. I wouldn’t buy it. I do love the bottle though.

Fast Shipping

I just started to use this a few days ago. I read good reviews on Perricone’s products so I thought I will try his line starting with this cleanser. Don’t really like the smell but I can live with it specially if it works well and shows good results.

Amazing Facial Wash!

While being of that ‘Certain Age’ I still have some skin issues of a teenager! (i.e. large pores, oily skin) I’ve tried every product on the market (It seems!) wasting so much money in the process! Then, I received a sample of this Citrus Wash and immediately saw a difference in the texture of my face, especially around my nose, and the T-zone of my face! Over time, my face just kept looking better and better–with my family and friends complimenting me on how good my face looked. When something like that happens @ my age, I have to keep using that product! 🙂 I would highly recommend this to anyone with skin problems, large pores, oily skin, combination skin, sun damage, etc… I use this with my Olay Pro Spin-brush, and that just amplifies the effects.

very good

works for me. It gives me the cleanliness feeling that i need for my sensitive skin.I have combination skin, but mostly dry around the mouth and cheek area, and this doesn’t dry my face at all. Im very happy with it.

I’m usually hard to please

but I have to say this one works pretty good. My skin is uneven, very greasy from all the greasy foods I love to eat, and I have large pores. This wash is one of very few of the numerous I’ve used over the years that makes my skin feel that it’s actually clean. When I use it with my white face towels, I can see a brown discoloration which I assume is oil and skin cells combined. I like this stuff. If anyone knows of a comparable product, please comment.
