I bought a travel size of this, and I’m glad I did. I have thin hair that gets frizzy from heat styling. I use a thermal protectant but there’s always some flyaway hair around my bangs. This seemed like the perfect thing – “Finishing Creme.” Flawless, too! How could I lose?I put the teensiest tiniest amount in my hair this morning and all I can say is “I can’t wait to wash my hair again!” The only thing this product did for my hair is make it look dirty.
I use this product everyday, love it. Can not live without…It give my thinish, flat hair the lift it needs
Best kept secret
I’ve been using this product for a few years now. Initially, I bought a trial size that has lasted over a year, so I know a little bit goes a long way.My hair gets halo frizz and static, and when I am due for a trim, the ends get poofy. This product is great to restore surface sleekness. I mainly get the frizz when I blowdry, because I don’t dry my hair completely, so as it dries, I get little frizzies. A dab, rubbed in my palms and applied through the ends then over the surface of my hair calms it down just enough. It’s especially helpful with static! The shiny result lasts through the next day. This is not a serum. It is a lightweight creme that should be applied lightly to the stuff you want to mask.
This stuff hold s my hair well. It smells nice. But not too loud. I will buy it again. Thanks
Smells good, makes hair ends look heathy
After I blow dry my hair, I put a little on my palms, rub em together and rub it into my ends and wipe the rest on the top of my head hair. This product reduces fly aways, adds shine and the appearance of healthiness. It also makes hair smell amazing without giving it an overwhelming scent. If used correctly this product will not weigh hair down. Good product!
Cuts the frizz
This works on dry hair, which is a very good thing indeed. A little blob of it smoothed through my dry hair really gets rid of the frizz. This does seem to work better on blown-dry hair than on air-dried hair. I find the smell to be a bit noxious, but you only use a little blob, so that’s not a huge issue (though it is SUCH a pleasure to use products that smell good). If this was a product that could be used on wet or dry hair it would be a wonder product for me, but as it is it lacks that versatility. That said, I still don’t want to be without it.
good for my curls or straightened hair
John Frieda Flawless Finishing Creme smooths and tames my locks pretty well. I have fairly long (middle of my back) kinky hair.If I straighten my hair, I use is sparingly as the last step. I take a small amount in my hands, and starting at the ends, smooth it in. Then I brush it out while the product dies. My hair feels smooth and tamed.I use it when I wear my hair curly too. I mix some of it with Frizz Ease Curl Reviver Styling Mousse, then scrunch up my hair with the concoction, focusing on the middle and ends. Using it this way has really lowered the frizz level of my curls. It took me time to figure out the best way to manage my unruly hair. It will take some experimenting with technique and timing to get the best results. I used this off and on for a few months before I figured out what worked for my hair.
I have been using the secret weapon over 10 years! It used to smell little funny but recent ones smell fine. It works well for frizzy hairs. Must have for me!
