Jason Quick Clean Makeup Remover Pads
This product was really awful which surprised me. I found the pads extremely irritating to my eyes and for an organic product I was very surprised. I tried them several times just to make sure but each time my eyes really stung after cleaning with the pads. Additionally, they did a poor job of removing non-waterpoof mascara and eyeliner. I would never purchase them again and just threw the rest of them out. I have tried 5 other brands of of eye remover pads and will review them all. In general, I found Jason irritated my eyes the most and did the worst job of removing eye make-up. I just may go back to using gentle cetaphil and a wash cloth for removing eye make-up. It takes a little more work but at least my eyes don’t sting and my eye make-up is fully removed.
Burned my eyes
At first, I thought that makeup remover pads would be much easier to use instead of having to dispense product onto a cotton round. But actually, these pads have so much product on them that I’d have to wring them out of the excess to use them, only to have to tip the jar to put a little bit more when it ran too dry. It’s so much easier to control the amount of makeup remover yourself. Plus these pads stung my eyes if the product got in them while removing mascara.
Doesn’t really work.
I’ve been using Neutrogena’s makeup removing towelettes and thought switching to JASON would be a wise choice in terms of ingredients being wiped all over my face. Unfortunately these just don’t remove much makeup. I only tried using it once but kept using pad after pad after pad, finally giving up and going back to my Neutrogena towelettes.I will add that I don’t use a lot of makeup. I mix a tinted moisturizer with some aloe, then use a light dusting of mineral powder. I use mineral blush regular eyeshadows. It’s not like I’m using industrial-strength coverup.I did, however find a use for these. I keep them on my vanity and use them to wipe off the back of my hand which is the palette for my liquid foundation and eye primer.

My skin did not like it
These burn my skin. Not sure why, they don’t seem to have anything in them that should irritate. However, I tend to rash up and break out after using. I have used half of the container. Wanted to see if it was simply a case of my skin needing to adjust to a new use item. It does the trick in cleaning your skin but certainly seems to be an irritant.
