Did Not Work for Me

King Bio Natural Medicine Advanced Arnica Homeopathic Remedies, 2 Fluid ounces, claims to relief symptoms due to injury or overexertion, bruises, muscle pain, inflammation, body aches, sprains, traumatic injury, redness and swelling, soreness after exercise and rheumatic pain. Safe and natural homeopathic formulas. No alcohol, dairy, glutens, sugar or yeast. Taste free, odor free, pure water base. I respect the fact it’s all natural with no taste. I mainly use arnica for bruises and have found that the arnica balms/creams work better for me. I used many homeopathic remedies for various issues and found most of them don’t work for me. I truly wished this remedy did work for me. The cost of $14 for 2 ounces is a fair deal. I suppose with any of these kind of supplements, it will either work or not.

Arnica Works!

I’ve been using arnica in gel form to rub into sore muscles & bruises, in the form of homeopathic tablets that you dissolve under the tongue & as a alcohol based tincture (which is disgusting by the way). This is my first experience trying it in a tasteless spray. Hands down this is by far the best way to take arnica (excluding the pleasure of having someone massage in the arnica ointment if you are lucky & don’t have to do it yourself). When I started using this spray I was suffering from muscle spasms in my back. By the next day, they were nearly gone. The day after that the spasms were completely gone. Many years ago I had surgery. The nurse instructed me to use the ice on ice off method to help minimize swelling & bruising. I also took a lot of homeopathic arnica tablets. When I returned to the doctors office & my bandages were removed, the nurses eyes popped. She exclaimed with a big smile that she couldn’t believe how quickly I was healing! I am convinced that following her ice on/off instructions combined with the large doses of arnica helped me heal so quickly.I’m a big fan of homeopathic medicine & while all forms do not always work for me arnica is one homeopathic/herbal remedy that works every time no matter what form I take it in.This is your best choice if you want a super quick & flavorless way to take advantage of arnicas benefits!

Didn’t take all the pain away…

It’s a good time to try this arnica spray as the wild, wet moisture in the air has caused my left knee to ache. This happens occasionally and I generally use an arnica gel to help ease the pain. I’ve used this product today, 3 sprays, 3 times a day and it didn’t take all the pain away. The directions say to spray this in your mouth, but they don’t say whether we can spray it on the actual inflammation spot. I’d be interested to know whether this was acceptable with this product. There is no taste whatsoever.I’m going to stick with my arnica gel instead as the results are quicker and seem to last longer. I appreciate and use many homeopathic products but this one just didn’t bring me relief.

Worked quickly

I like to try out natural remedies and always have them around just in case. These Dr. Kings sprays are easy to take and have no taste (or rather they all have the same non-offending, almost non-existent taste). I took this for back pain I was having for a few days and also for cramps. I was having cramping pain for about 30 minutes before I thought to take this Arnica, and I didn’t truly think it would help much. A few minutes after taking it I realized that the cramps had stopped and the back pain had decreased. While the cramps completely ended, the back pain was back by morning but I’m still satisfied with the results. It’s just that I have to keep reminding myself to take it throughout the day.

must have for every first aid kit

I have relied upon Arnica for decades for relief and to expedite healing of bruises, pain, inflammation, injuries, swelling, stiffness and soreness after exercise. Dr. King also makes a topical cream of Arnica that you can apply to a local spot whereas this oral spray works better but is still effective for overall body symptoms. I really like that Dr. King’s homeopathic oral sprays are free of alcohol, dairy, gluten and sugar. I like the results I get with Dr King’s homeopathic remedies and recommend them to others frequently.

Not helpful

I have used arnica topically to great effect for quite a while. It helped me dramatically when I had an injured thumb from a horsebite. So I was hoping this would be useful.I got no assistance from this. I tried it on a couple of family members and they noticed no help.

Research Does Not Demonstrate Its Effectiveness

Hopeful to have something to help soreness, aches and pains, and bruises, I hoped Arnica would help. Not noticing any benefit (but appreciating that this doesn’t have any bad taste), I took to Google Scholar. The best studies that I could find (there aren’t many, but look particularly at systematic reviews) consistently showed that arnica was no better than placebo. I cannot say conclusively that this does nothing for me, but I can say that there is no obvious benefit and studies seemed to back up my hesitancy to believe.I might give it a couple more tries (since it seems to be safe) and if I become a believer I’ll let you know, but in the meantime, I do not recommend this or any arnica.

Wow, actually works

The thought of eating arnica was unsettling at first. I’ve only known it as something I rub on my skin. But I gave it a shot. Several shots several times per day, as suggested. I was surprised at how well it worked to reduce the pain and soreness from a recent bike accident I had. Definitely recommend this stuff.

Helped with recovery

I am not sure really if this made a difference, but doping a strong workout program I noticed I did feel better and recover better after working out in which I am usually really sore- Took a week to take effect, the effects were mild. Not sure if this product worked, or the fact that I am working out more- But did feel better..

Did not work

This did not work. It taste like water. I have used arnica pills before, and they are great to help with bruises that ache and hurt. This did not seem to do anything at all for me. The sprayer works good, and it’s no problem at all to spray and use. It doesn’t taste like anything but water. I could not tell I had any improvement though. I used it over a month’s period, and never got a thing out of it.

Your Results May Vary……

Arnica is well known as a homeopathic remedy for muscle aches, spasms, overexertion, bruising, etc. It comes in many forms, sublingual tabs (melt under the tongue), liquid, ointments, creams and sprays. While the tinctures and liquids often taste awful, this spray is thankfully tasteless, a real plus for me. Not to mention the fact that it works, and works great! I have some muscle and arthritis problems, and this helps quite a bit. Also helps hubby with night time leg spasms (along with potassium supplements). We keep several versions on hand all the time. Dr King also has an ointment of arnica, works great too!

Impressed so far

I had an area that was inflamed. I have used arnica in gel / cream formats as well as sublingal tabs. This formulation is oral. I did not find it to be as useful as topical formats.
