Fantastic- but light sleepers should cut dosage in half
This is a fantastic product. It actually works. I just hope that they don’t change the formula after a while like many do.When I first got this product I read the directions wrong and instead of taking two tablets I took one- right before I went to bed. As promised I got up totally alert 7 hours later- didn’t even need the alarm clock. I used only one tablet a couple of times when I needed it and both times they worked. Then one day I went to take the bottle and I read that I was actually supposed to take two tablets… oops. so I did. That was a mistake. What happened was that I woke up only 4 hours sleep later and even though I was still tired I was wide awake and could not go back to sleep! Thought that was just a fluke caused by something other than the pills so I did it again a couple of days later and same exact thing happened- 4 hours sleep and then bam- wide awake and yet exhausted at the same time. I think perhaps it’s because I’m a small female and at only 5’2 I probably need a lesser dose- or it could be the fact that I’m a light sleeper in general, but whatever the reason, I learned that I’m definitely a one tablet type when it comes to these supplements. I would recommend starting out with half the dosage to see how that works for you first before deciding on trying two. The only time I took two tablets again after that is when I had an early flight which only gave me enough time for just under 4 hours sleep- So I purposely took two of these babies and 3.5 hours later when my alarm rang I was UP UP UP and ready to go to the airport! I don’t take these on a regular basis because I’m afraid my body will become accustomed to them and then they’ll stop working. So I just take them occasionally when I really, really need to be up at a certain time and I fear I might sleep through the alarm.I will also add just in case it matters: I’m the type of person who falls asleep 3-10 minutes after my head hits the pillow at night. It’s only getting up in the morning that I have a problem with. I’m not too sure these pills are good for people who stay awake in bed for an hour or two before falling asleep because I think those people will be more likely to remain awake with these pills. With these it’s best to take immediately before turning out the light and hitting the sheets. Luckily I have no problem with this.
Gentle and Effective
I work a full time job during the day; come home to spend time with my children and family then start blogging for several hours after my kids are in bed and quite often until much later than my husband goes to bed. Waking up can sometimes be difficult – and that is putting it mildly. Often I wonder if it is even worth going to bed because I know how difficult it will be to get up for work. There is that invisible line in time that you determine you are just better of staying awake. I have tried Wake Up On Time on several occasions in the last couple weeks and it has proven to be very helpful. I am not a coffee drinker so that is never an option to jolt me awake. I have taken those energy shots when absolutely necessary but for most of them they leave me jittery but awake. Wake Up On Time gently helps me wake up and move on with my day. I do not get the jitters and I am not groggy. Of course I have to remember to take it the night before and sometimes I simply don’t remember. But when I do I can say I am pleased with how it works and it is quite effective. Once I empty this bottle I will definitely be purchasing more.I received a bottle in exchange for an honest review.
Definitely not disappointed!
Some people doubt the time release of this product, but you will not know unless you try it yourself. Everyone reacts to things differently. I drink coffee every day and have taken caffeine pills and they work. Unfortunately I get the major jitters when taking these and even though Wake Up On Time contains a bean with four times the caffeine and I do not get the jitters at all. I think I have Adrenal Fatigue, but I have not asked my doctor to test me yet. I thought this could be my temporary fix until I get an exam and I am not at all disappointed. I wake up refreshed and only have to sleep eight hours whereas before I was sleeping for nine or 10 just to stay awake all day.
