Try so many different ones, always come back to this one
I have tried so many different men’s hair waxes (comparisons below) and I always come back to this one. I have short hair that just needs some life. I’m looking for a bit more texture in my hair and for it to stand up a bit. I don’t want it to be flat and boring. I also don’t want the hair product to overpower my cologne. This wax is lightweight and easily pliable after working it a bit in your hands. Not really a smell. It’s not tacky or sticky, great texture. It may take a bit to figure out what the perfect amount is for you personally, but after you figure it out, it’s perfect. I go through one tub every 4-5months. Great price here on Amazon too.Joe Grooming Texture paste: good texture, low shine, interesting (not good) smell, doesn’t hold well. Often feel like I use a lot more.Difi heavy wax firm hold (yellow one): Smells like oranges, gets semi-chunky and you have to bust it up, a little goes a long way, sticky, often feel like it’s too greasy and shiny (though it’s “low shine”)Redken Maneuver: Definitely the best one besides BedHead. Low shine, great smell, not sticky. The reason I don’t go back to this one is that it doesn’t give as must texture and hold as BedHead.Kendra Taffy: Smells like candy, very sticky and goupy, not the best hold
Great wax!
This is probably the best type of working/separation wax I’ve found yet. It definitely holds up for many hours when applied correctly, and works well with other hair products or sprays.
Cool product
I like this, it does exactly what it says. I would use this over other waxes. It is not shiny.
