I have tried the new three, four, and five-blade “high brand recognition” razors that have recently hit the market. You know, the ones that are so costly that some pharmacies keep them in special locked display sections as a deterrent to shoplifting. Well, now it seems BIC doesn’t just make pens. These razors feel and perform just as well as those previously mentioned, and are a lot cheaper. I returned to my pharmacy the next day to buy a second pack to make sure that low price wasn’t a mirage. So why throw your money away?

This razor is really good for a disposable. The cartridges last a long time and you get 6 or 8 with each new handle, which is also disposable. There are 3 blades in each one so you get a nice close shave. Its more economical than the regular disposables because it lasts as long as a regular cartridge, without the cuts you get from a cheap disposable.

BIC Soleil Bella Disposable Razor for Women.
- 3 count disposable razor
- Four flexible e-z rinse blades that individually adjust to your skin for an ultra-smooth shave
- Pivoting Head
- Soothinig moisture strip enriched with coconut milk
These are ok. Nothing to write home about. They hold up about average. Overall I probably would buy again as a cheap throwaway razor.

Razors are so expensive. I used to spend tones on replacement heads for my fancy razor but these are cheaper and work great. I’ll never go back to spending $20 on 4 heads again.Note: make sure to get the 4-blade ones. The extras make all the difference.

I like these razors; my legs seem to stay smooth longer. I use Lady Cremo shave cream with it. I’ve just learned that you can extend the time you use a razor blade by cleaning it on an old piece of denim after it goes dull. I plan to try that with these.

I only bought this because there was an online discount for it. I haven’t actually used it, though, so I don’t know if there’s anything special about it.

To be perfectly honest when I shave my legs I just want to get the hair off with the least amount of hassle. These blades do get the hair off but it takes alittle extra work as you have to rinse the blades frequently. The moisture serum is nice but during the winter months and in the spring I need alittle extra moisture than these provide. I did have less irritation with these razors so that was a plus. To be quite honest with you I will probably not buy these again unless the price drops or I have a coupon for them. I can’t justify the price if I can get the job done for less.

Every time I review a razor of some sort, I say the same thing, and I’ll keep saying it until I’m proven otherwise.Women get better razors than men do.I don’t care if I have pink razors in my bathroom. I don’t care if I get weird looks from the cashier when I buy a new pack. All the stupid 5 razor disposable blades I’ve tried that are for “me” always feel bulky and flimsy. Bulky in that the part that the blades are in never feels like it covers the area I’m shaving and is just pressing against my skin. And flimsy in that that same section feels like it’s going to break off if I dropped it even once in the shower. This one from Schick doesn’t have those problems. The Hydro Silk feels great when shaving, is comfortable to hold, and leaves me with super smooth skin. It gives me such a close shave, that I can feel the air going into my skin right after I’m done shaving. Yeah, it sounds weird but that’s the best way to describe the feeling. It feels like the hair is gone completely, which is surprising considering 5 blade razors for men that I’ve used don’t give me that feeling even when they’re brand new. What keeps me from giving these a full 5 stars? The sides. When shaving my chest and “other” areas, the sides of the razor where the blades end make it hard to go around more sensitive areas without having to double check and make sure I got everything. It’s not a big deal, and is a small downfall. Definitely give these a shot if you’re looking for a 5 blade to try out.

I know these razors have gotten a few bad reviews, but for a disposable razor I really like them. The have a rubber handle so they don’t easily slip out of your hand. I do sometimes get a few cuts (but mainly if I use cold water, or not enough soap). If I have warm water and enough soap they make for a really smoothe, easy shave. I love the colors, but I’m a girly girl so I guess that explains a lot. They’re small so I can easily store them away, and fairly affordable. I usually get about 6 to 8 uses out of one razor. After that they become very dull and won’t shave properly. But overall, not a bad buy. I’ll continue to use them. They suit my needs just fine.

I have been using these razors for years. They work really well and glide on your skin and give you a close shave but I haven’t had any problems with any nicks or cuts. The handle is easy to use and I just won’t switch now that I have found them.

I don’t care too much for these razors. The blades seem to dull quickly, leading to razor burn on my legs after just 2 or 3 uses. I’ve used 4 or 5 of these razors, with different types of shaving creams, body washes, soap, hair conditioner and baby oil to lubricate my legs and the same razor burn happened. I think the actual blades are too thick to cut effectively. Even a brand new razor never provided a satiny smooth shave. I also cut my shins several times since the head does not pivot and the blades are not springy on the sides like other ladies’ razors. The only thing I liked about these razors was the wide rubbery handle. It was easy to hold onto in the shower. I wouldn’t recommend these razors at all. They seem over priced considering the shoddy shave you get with them.

Let’s face it, many of us like a well trimmed bush. No one wants to admit it, and no one wants to see the words "pubes trimmer" on the packaging, but that’s what the attachment on this shaver is for – your downstairs lady garden. The razor works well, as it should. I’ve owned several Bic razors before and never have experienced a problem. These have a nice big handle are are PINK, so you you know they’re meant for the ladies. 😉 Wink wink. After I was done shaving my legs (and it did a fine job), I thought I’d try out the "hedge trimmer". I put on the attachment and went to work. It does instead "trim"…but I use that term loosely as it’s really hard to get a good, even length down there with this thing. There are just some areas of your lady garden that are going to be hard to go over with something that isn’t flexible. I had to repeatedly take off the attachment and clean it out since it gets clogged with hairs fairly quickly. It was quite a mess! I did eventually get the job done, but it’s uneven and using the attachment was a hassle. Unlike an electric trimmer, you can’t really pivot and dart in an out with this thing… you have to shave in a linear fashion and that just doesn’t work on an area full of peaks and valleys. If you like a well-maintained bush, this is not the product for you. I would not recommend this razor for that aspect. Now, if you want a regular leg shaver, this will get the job done.

In the package you get 3 shavers and 1 "trim shaver." The shavers are same as other BIC Soleil’s that I have, so I already know that I really like them. The trim shaver is just a waste to me. #1 I’m not saving it for a month to use with the other shavers in the package. And #2 I like a close shave, so this is pointless to me. Overall maybe it would be right for someone traveling, in that they could upkeep themselves, but I am not sure that it would be worth the money to purchase this every month. It is not something that would work for me and I threw out the trim shaver.
Josefina Newcastle, ME
What a clever idea. Remember to slide the covers off rather than flip them off as is often the case. 3 shavers plus 1 trimmer. Small parts. Works as expected.
