How Aztec secret works Indian healing clay clays have been used for centuries to beautify and refresh when used as a facial mask. Pliney the elder devoted an entire chapter of his natural history” to the many uses of clay for pimples, black heads and skin tightening. Many famous naturopaths, such as kuhn, just and kneipp have contributed to the revival of the uses of clay through their natural treatments for arthritus and skin ailments. Aztec Indian healing clay a brief history – the world’s most powerful facial the use of clay with apple cider vinegar can be dated back to the southern French priest of the16th century, kneipp, and his natural treatments using clay packs and poultices. This stuff is awesome!

This stuff is really the best stuff to use as a face mask! I add a little bit of vinegar, but you can also use lemon or just water. When I put it on my face, it feels cool, almost like a minty feeling. When this stuff hardens, it really hardens. It pulsates under your skin and really tightens your skin while in this mask. The rinsing was almost a little painful as the clay is so stuck to your face. So I’d suggest running water on your face to soften the clay first is a good idea.

Thank you, thank you, Amazon reviewers!Had it not been for the amazing number of 5 star reviews on this product by "verified purchasers" (the main reviews I read), I might never have tried this product (the packaging is not very sexy….).I really felt this product work. WOW!My skin used to be so oily when I was younger; I really could have used this mask back about 20 yrs ago! lolNow? My skin is a normal-dry, and I was a bit scared to try it. I’m glad I did! I used the ACV with it, and after wiping it off, my skin felt soooooooooooooooo SMOOTH and SOFT. And it looked so glowy! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!I have had fun looking up "masque recipes" and trying them. I really like adding honey to the mix. It really did feel very hydrating.SUPER product at such a GREAT price! I’ve used a lot of masques, and this is my favorite by far.I’ll continue to buy this forever! 🙂

This is the best face mask ever!!!!!!!!

I love this healing clay…I have tried many facial clays like queen Helen and i was very turned off by face mask, its been 10 years since i have used a face mask and three years ago i saw this product and ignored it. Finally this year i decided to give this clay a try…boy!!!!!!! I cant believe that i love this product so much…I mix this clay with water and thoroughly follow the instrictions..the clay tightens my skin and i can feel it cleaning my pores. My pores have shrunk a little but to be honest i derma roll as well but with the combination of derma rolling and this clay i get good results. …my advise would be to waite two weeks for the skin to heal if you plan on derma rolling and using this product…overall iam no longer hatefull towards face mask and will be ordering this clay again.

Its ok

My friend advised me to try this to make masks with. I have been experimenting with different ingredients. The only thing I don’t like about it is how it fakes off and doesn’t stick to my face and strong as other masks I have made. BUT I am still experimenting.

Dried my face out

My skin is already dry from the acne products I use and this just dried it out more. I would reapply lotion all day but my face would still be dry and flaking. Only used it twice then gave it away. Couldn’t risk continuing to use it and trying to make it work.

Better than others

I really like this mask although is seems to work better for whiteheads than clearing blackheads. Its definitely worth the money though and this little tub will last a long time.

Amazing stuff

I was led to this clay from a Paleo blogger, and I couldn’t believe how inexpensive it was when I bought it. On top of being totally affordable…it’s awesome, and so pure in terms of ingredients. I’ve been ditching chemicals over the past year, and this clay is a permanent part of my facial routine (I do it 2-3x/week).You mix the clay with an equal part of apple cider vinegar (or water if it bugs you). The smell bugged me at first, but it does not bother me anymore. It says "feel your face pulsate"….I’d agree! Your face will get very tight as the clay dries. I feel like it’s truly drawing toxins out from my skin, and I love the way my face feels when I wash it off after 20 minutes. It’s awesome!Just a hint, though- it will probably make your face red after you wash it off. It even says on the container that this is normal. It always goes away, but I wouldn’t’ do a mask in the morning before you go somewhere, or you might have a red face. I always do it at night.Great deal! I bought the 1 pound about 2 months ago and will not be running out anytime soon! It’s a big container and will definitely last since I only use about 1/2 Tbsp at a time.

I really like this clay. I’ve used many other types of clay over the years and I like this one the best. In order to get it to ‘pulsate’ you have to use vinegar. I’ve made it with just water, and had not had that pulsating.
