This conditioner is not as good as others plus it costs twice as much
This conditioner is a terrible deal, I’m sorry to say. My girl friend ordered it directly from Aubrey and it cost $16.92 for only 11 ounces. That’s more than twice as much per ounce than Nature’s Gate herbal conditioners and their products contain 16 ounces AND they cost way less overall. So the per ounce cost of this Aubrey conditioner is definitely more than twice as costly per ounce. It makes no sense to buy it, in my opinion.
Excellent for dry, parched hair
I am a black woman with arm-pit length course hair (3c-4a)…I am ‘transitioning’ to natural hair (chemical-free).Think ‘Rudy’ from the Cosby show.Beautiful, but–as is most ‘black’ hair–exceedingly dry.And because of the dryness? Prone to breakage. So I try to infuse and retain as much moisture as I can to save my ends (by deep-conditioning, hair masks, etc…).I create all kinds of things and put them in my hair.I am a ‘kitchen alchemist’.LOLI also sleep in conditioner with a bag on my head every week.It is not possible for me to over-condition.So as you can imagine, a good conditioner is worth it’s weight n gold.I heard some raves about this product on the hair boards, so I decided to try it out. I’ve been using it for months now.It really softens the hair. Detangles VERY well. Improves manageability to a great extent. The ingredients are great for the hair as well. No harsh chemicals. This conditioner (and a few others) imo is wayyy superior to anything you can find in the stores. It doesn’t smell as nice as Elucence MB but it works very well……and on that note be forewarned, the shampoo really stinks and I’m not one to care too much about smell but it does. However, if you can get past that you’ll be fine. I think it works to strip the hair while the conditioner replenishes and softens.I typically use Nexxus Humectress, Blended Beauty, Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Oil line and Elucence MB.
If you have thick hair, you must try this……
Best product for my hair. I have very thick 3c, 3b and a little 4a hair so finding something that I can comb through my hair smaoothly without hassle is a big job. I am African American and recently had a ancestor dna test done and found out that I am sub Saharan( near Egypt and Moroccan part of Africa) European and Asian-answers a lot of questions about my hair, but also makes it harder to be natural and really hard to find good products for my hair. It is easy to find this product on amazon, but it cost a lot more on amazon so do your research. Once you try it, you will be hooked.
I use this and the matching shampoo on my girls’ very curly red hair. Taming curly hair is a brutal operation. This stuff is a big help. Wash, rinse, add conditioner and comb it out. Then let it sit a few minutes. Really, Really great.
IN LOVE WITH THE PRODUCT
I love the way my hair look when i used this product i mix it with another one but still the product alone is fantastic …and the shiping was fast
