Good product

I use this CC cream to reduce my hair frizz due to coloring and using curling iron every day. If I do not feel like styling my hair on weekends, I use this cream and the hair look good enough to go out.

Just FYI you can find this cheaper elsewhere… Anyhow, this stuff is amazing. I have thing, frizzy, SUPER dry hair and this stuff made it smooth, shiny, and silky on the first use! A little bit goes a long way in my hair, and it doesn’t weigh it down and make it greasy. I’m a huge fan, and will definitely keep this product in stock at my house!

I have damaged, dry ends and with this cream, I can blow out my hair to be nicely straight all day. It also gives some hydration. I would not call it 10-in-1, but it definitely provides some moisture and hold.

It’s a really good hair product

Alterna makes some great hair products and almost everything in the Caviar line is great. I originally got this product as a sample and ended up buying the full size product on Amazon. It does exactly what it says it’s going to do. My hair is manageable, healthy, shiny and the smell of this product is great. The reason I didn’t give this 5 starts is because I have found that the full size product leaves my hair greasy as the day goes on. I typically have dry hair, no oily scalp. I have tried to just keep this product limited to the ends of my hair to prevent the greasy hair problem from starting.

it’s a nice choice

I tried this one because a friend referred it to me. It is a nice choice, but a little pricey, and I still prefer the redken one.

good when you’re pressed for time

I have waist-length, color-treated hair. It tends to dry out and get frizzy. I like to deep condition it with coconut oil twice a week, but that takes 35-40 minutes and sometimes I just don’t have that much time. I’ve used this product a couple of times lately when I’ve been in a hurry but wanted to do some type of deep-conditioning treatment.I did not see the ingredients on the product page, so I’ve pasted them below:Water, Cetearyl Alcohol, Cyclopentasiloxane, Dimethicone, Cyclohexasiloxane, Propanediol, Glycerin, Panthenol, Polyquaternium-55, Behentrimonium Chloride, Algae Extract, Caviar Extract, Tocopheryl Acetate, Polysilicone-15, Ascorbic Acid, Phospholipids, Sunflower Seed Oil, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Extract, Honey Extract (Mel Extract), Citrus Limon (Lemon) Peel Extract, Superoxide Dismutase, Polyquaternium-11, Polyimide-1, Saccharomyces/Magnesium Ferment, Saccharomyces/Copper Ferment, Saccharomyces/Silicon Ferment, Saccharomyces/Zinc Ferment, Saccharomyces/Iron Ferment, Butylene Glycol, Amodimethicone, C11-15 Pareth-7, Laureth-9, Trideceth-12, Isopropyl Alcohol, Alcohol Denat., Potassium Sorbate, Caprylyl Glycol, Disodium EDTA, Citric Acid, Phenoxyethanol, Methylisothiazolinone, Fragrance. Please note that this product is not vegan since it contains both caviar and honey extracts. I like that it doesn’t contain any dyes or artificial colors. I apply this to my hair after I get out of the shower (I shampoo and use regular conditioner every day). After rubbing it into my hair with my hands, I use a detangling brush. This seems to be pretty good at helping the detangling process along. After all this, I just let my hair air dry and go on about my day.So after a couple of uses, what do I think of this? My hair is fairly soft and smooth but not as much so as when I condition with coconut oil. This does not weigh my hair down, which is nice. I don’t use heat on my hair (I air dry and don’t style with curling or flat irons) so I can’t speak to that. I think my hair is reasonably manageable when using this cream, although it adds a bit of volume that I’d rather not have. However, if you want to add volume, that wouldn’t be a problem! In the end, this is an acceptable deep conditioner for my needs — especially when I’m pressed for time — but is probably not the first product I would reach for. Please note that different sellers on Amazon offer this product and that prices are subject to change. Please check the size of the product you are getting (e.g., 2.5 oz, 1 oz) when comparing prices here on Amazon and among different off-site vendors.
